As we all struggle through these troubling times, it is important to keep in mind that working together will be the defining moment that allows us to overcome the pandemic of the COVID19.

Our service to our families is of the upmost importance to our staff and we hope that these new guidelines issued by the NSW Government and Department of Health will not affect our services or the families we service.

In order to keep our families & staff safe we have incorporated new guidelines under the advice of NSW Health, to control the contagious effects of the corona virus.

Viewing & Funeral services held in our Roselands chapel must now be limited to 10 people within the chapel with more people allowed to stand in the foyer. No more than 10 people in total to abide with the New NSW Guidelines.

NSW Health has advised that attendees should stand 2 metres away from each other when making contact.

We have audio/visual capabilities to allow all attendees to hear and see the service without struggle and will enable these for each service from today onward.

Cemetery, Crematoria and their respective Chapels have new restrictions – To inquire about these changes, please contact our office. The above have also limited services to a maximum of 100 people, some chapels are restricted to less than 100. Most cemetery chapels have Audio/Visual capabilities and the ability to live stream services.

Our Vehicles, chapel and Restrooms are regularly cleaned before and after our services. With all hard surface cleansing in chapels after each service.

There are tissues and hand sanitizer available on the premises and within our vehicles for families and visitors to use.

We ask families and friends to dispose of their tissues in a mindful & hygienic manner.

We encourage that although a funeral is a very sad event and you may wish to pay your respects, please stay home if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, any flu symptoms or have recently travelled overseas for the safety of the families.  We have provided families an online tribute page where members of the public can still pay their respects, send flowers and leave donations.

We also encourage attendees for their own safety to wear masks and gloves when attending any large gathering.

Aside from these guidelines, Euro Funeral Services will Endeavour to continue business as usual and any further interruptions to our day to day will be updated here on our website, social medias and Publications.

We will be continuing to monitor the situation and provide updates based on Government recommendations and guidelines, to curb the spread of COVID-19

We appreciate your support during these difficult times.
